Quite the game that Montreal put up considering that Kovalev was left home for some goofy reason? and Montreal?s La Presse/RDS.ca reports a LINK of the Kostitsyn Bros. to ALLEGED mobster Pasquale Mangiola. Even Roman Hamrlik is implicated in the story to also have ties to the ALLEGED mobster.

is full of organized crime, and a lot of the mobsters run popular night clubs like in Vegas and Atlantic City. This whole thing is just a little fishy, Kovalev being sat? I’m willing to bet that he has something to do with this. Maybe there’s a hit out on Kovi from the mob or on top the other drugs the russians were dishing out, maybe some performance enhancers, and the Canadiens are giving Kovalev a few days to wash them out of his system. I wouldn’t be suprised if the past Malkin & Ovechkin fued is tied around this also, strange how their fued all got patched up in Montreal!
