Surely everyone in Pittsburgh is familiar with PK Subban’s antics.  You remember the guy who purposely swung his leg out to trip Jordan Staal and had his skate blade go through the top of Staal’s foot.  This time Subban purposely swings his stick at Mike Rupp’s head trying to injure him because he is upset he got checked.  The referee’s are nowhere to be found.   Luckily Subban hit Rupp’s helmet.  This should be reviewed by the NHL, that is if they really care about headshots like they are claiming.

  1. Half the time the NHL doesn’t give suspensions when a player intentionally cripples someone. You think they’ll suspend a guy who’s only trying to cripple someone?

  2. Any comments Molson????? Didn’t the Canadian media say Lemieux needed to clean his own house?

  3. Subban is a dirty cheap ass player. I hope the NHL looks at this. Nothing will happen though especially after the Habs complained about Chara and got nothing.

I agree, it is very lucky he hit Rupp’s helmet.

  4. That’s BS. I bet Habs will be claiming he got turned from the hit. Just a few days after their claiming Chara’s intent to injure. I can’t wait to hear their double standard.
