Since our February 7 update, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton’s been on a tear. Riding the red-hot goaltending of Matt Murray (four shutouts in his past eight starts) and timely scoring from Conor Sheary, Jayson Megna, and present Penguin Andrew Ebbett, the Baby Pens are 11-2-2 in their last 15 games.
Overall, coach John Hynes’ crew is 36-20-6, good for second place in the AHL East Division. Stats include games played through March 19.
