Sidney Crosby left practice early today with a sore groin.?? Leaving him as questionable for the Islander game Wednesday night. This is a direct result of the aggressive style coaching that Bylsma has brought to the Penguins.? Crosby and Malkin were both over played this past weekend.? When coaching a fast aggressive attack, the second day must be taken into consideration, especially when the players have not been playing that sort of?system all season.?
You could tell in Sundays game that the Penguins just didn’t have it.? Bylsma also under utilized the? fourth line giving them only?2 to 6 minutes of ice time per game.? Throw in the fact that in back to back games, it is stupid to use your top scorers to kill penalties and I would say that?overall it?was a poor coaching job over the weekend.
I am a fan of the aggressive play when used correctly.
