Paul Martin had surgery to repair a broken bone in his hand yesterday. It would seem he is right on schedule. Evgeni Malkin did not take part in the pre practice skate but did a partial practice without linemates. “I just hurt my old injury and it’s tough,” Malkin said after an extended stay on the ice Monday.
