Ladies and Gents, Your 2023-24 Pittsburgh Penguins

The Penguins have finalized their roster on the eve of the season opener with the Blackhawks tomorrow night at PPG Paints Arena. We’ll carry 22 players, one under the limit. They include 12 forwards, 8 defensemen and 2 goalies.

Still no official word on the status of PTO invitees Libor Hajek, Mark Pysyk and Austin Wagner. Hajek and Wagner haven’t been seen around the team for a couple of days.

According to CapFriendly, the Pens are one contract under the limit of 50.
